Let me start this by saying STAY POSITIVE AND HAPPY for your own health. You have the power to control your mind and therefore the power of how you react and act in every situation.

I know it can be very challenging for you with the lockdown in your country. We are being ordered to stay home, and only get out among people as little as possible, washing our hands and sanitizing everything, and worst of all – to be afraid of getting ill. 

When you worry and feel anxious, your cells responds to those feelings and your body is more susceptible of getting ill.

So listen very carefully Dear, your mind is EXTRAORDINARY and such a strong tool to keeping you healthy. Much more powerful than you might give it credit for. 

When you think happy thoughts the cortisol in your brain decreases and produces serotonin, which creates a feeling of well-being. That feeling of well-being makes you happy and there’s a direct tie from your psychological well-being to your health at cellular level – in other words When you’re feeling happy you strengthen your immune system.

So what makes you smile…. what creates that amazing feeling of happiness in your body? Take a five minute break and just think about it, then write it down and go do it. Just do it. Take responsibility for your happiness and at the same time get the bonus of a strong health.
